Overview
At Marcell Morgann Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services that meet the unique needs of each client. Our fulfillment process ensures that all services are provided on time, as described, and in alignment with the agreed scope of work.
Service Delivery
All consulting services are delivered according to the agreed timeline established during the onboarding process.
Capital Consult sessions are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.
Investor Funding and Legacy Portfolio services follow a mutually agreed project timeline, which may vary based on the complexity of the funding process.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and timely fulfillment, clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service.
Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner.
Attend scheduled meetings or notify us at least 24 hours in advance if rescheduling is necessary.
Revisions and Adjustments
If adjustments to the agreed scope are required, they will be discussed and confirmed in writing before work continues.
Additional fees may apply for expanded services beyond the original agreement.
Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will:
Notify the client immediately.
Provide an alternative solution or revised timeline.
Issue a partial or full refund if delivery cannot be completed.
